I got stuck at the RDP step and couldn't move forward with the lab because my machine wouldn't allow me to connect to the virtual machine.

very frustrated. prompts are different than in the directions, PC required I use the tool they said was only for macs and chromebooks, and I lack the rights to install the tools required for the lab in step 3. I'm not sure why a Product Manager needs to be trained on the tools for migrating the system when this is being done for the team.

The step by step guide needs to be updated. Not all the steps in Task 4 are most up to date. There's no instruction on how to use Remote Desktop session to get the PEM into the lab.
