The OS wasn't provisioned correctly and I wasn't able to login. I began to troubleshoot and then realized it may flag me for going outside of the course objectives so I stopped. It essentially made the entire lab completely useless. Second run-through I was able to complete it. I will bump this up to 2 stars, but it is really something that needs to be fixed consistently or give a path to troubleshoot if it is not working.
