Zone doent have enough resources to allocate. We also donot have permission to create instance in different zone. So I couldnot properly finish the lab tasks due to resource unavailability in GCP

I was trying twice to do this lab. There is an issue with the system unable to provision the VMs I should work on at Task 3.
