Can't connect using ssh

I wasn't able to get through the step: "Select the SSH button next to instance-group-1 to SSH into the VM." I continued to receive the error message: "Connection via Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy Failed Code: 4047 Reason: Failed to lookup instance Please ensure you can make a proper https connection to the IAP for TCP hostname: https://tunnel.cloudproxy.app"
