Some issues with lab . everytime I got some message and it stopped without any reason

The lab exits fater utilty-vm create step is performed and will exit with with bad error saying its exciting because of user error and does not make sense. I have tried this lab 3 times and always fails at samepoint. This lab never works and not sure how to proceed. After connecting qwik labs support they asked to run step4 before step3 and the lab finally worked. Hopefully it will help others too. Thanks
