A n1-standard-1 VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-f zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. Considering I have to create the VM instance in this zone, it is inconvenient that it won't allow me to. Same error with us-central1-c, forcing me to end lab and having to restart this lab from scratch later on.

When try creation for utility-vm instance the followings error has appered on the list of VM instances. A n1-standard-1 VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-c zone(and central1-f, too). Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation. I could not complete all the tasks in this lab, and the operation verification was also incomplete.
