please fix issues, there is no instance-group-1 or instance-group-2 already created in vm instances. moreover i cannot create a vm instance in us-central-1f zone.

Lab start but completion lab is impossible because (checked in logs) on start Failed:Create VM because gcp resource exhausted (us-cetnral1). Total waste of time.

There are issues with resources from US-Central1 region. I customized my IP addresses to complete the lab, but they could pass the last check-point.
