Step 3, instances weren't created. Not able to continue. EDIT: tried again skipping executing the start-up scripts on non-existent VMs. Was unable to create instances in the specified regions/zones provided. Fix this

The Instances were supposed to be created were not and i was not able to complete the project. This is my 4th attempt and i fear my scholarship will be canceled because of this, please fix this or tell me how to complete, Noahrom93@gmail.com

On the Navigation menu, click Compute Engine > VM instances. Notice two instances that start with instance-group-1 and instance-group-2. I have not the 2 instances in this step, so i can't complete the lab

I could not proceed with step 3, because GC could not create the VMs, due to "does not have enough resources" issue.
