I could not move past Task 3 because VM instances were not created from the instance templates. This was the error message in instance template details: The zone currently does have not enough resources for your instance group. Please wait for resources to free up or consider moving to another region or zone.

On the Navigation menu, click Compute Engine > VM instances. Notice two instances that start with instance-group-1 and instance-group-2.
