please fix issues, there is no instance-group-1 or instance-group-2 already created in vm instances. moreover i cannot create a vm instance in us-central-1f zone.

Lab start but completion lab is impossible because (checked in logs) on start Failed:Create VM because gcp resource exhausted (us-cetnral1). Total waste of time.

It seems there are problems in creating VM instances since Friday. In previous lab i could not create a vm and in this lab, no vm was created as stated at the begining of Task 3 "Notice two instances that start with instance-group-1 and instance-group-2". Therefore I could not go further!!
