The lab has been interrupted with a warning message that I'm not following procedure. I think that problem is with predefined managed instance groups. When you run a VM startup script, usage of CPU is rising above 80% and additional instances showed up, while they shouldn’t. System maybe recognized it as not allowed use of GCP resources.
