instance groups auto-scaled to 5 after running the startup scriot, which almost got me banned (it stopped the LAB so I had to restart it and decrease the max instance settings from 5 to 1)

"The zone currently does have not enough resources for your instance group. Please wait for resources to free up or consider moving to another region or zone." Instance from instance-group-1 that should be created for me from the beginning of the lab couldn't be even created because of lack of resources. ... Tried again the next day. It doesn't work: Not enought resources in the zone. THIS LAB DOESN'T WORK! Ok. Tried a few days later. Now it works and it's good lab.
