We should manually execute `sudo pip3 install apache_beam[gcp]`without target version. Without it, we can not install apache beam sdk and face an error `ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'apache_beam'` related to the sdk version missmatch between the python version[3.9] and apache-beam[gcp]==2.27.0. This is just a workarount to pass the following steps in this lab. I think this course basically should use python 3.8 with venv[virtualenv] to avoid above error.
