no cpu(s) available in asia-south1-a region. task 6 - create a data proc cluster. no cpu(s) available in mumbai region. please provide one. creation time for mysql server (almost 6 mins), clusters for dataproc (3+mins) have bcome v slow.. also, navigating to different services within google console has also bcome v slow..
