unable to delete/drop the sql instance since password not saved correctly...no process to retrieve it. Nor, anyway to create a new sql with different name

Frustrated, I made a mistake spinning up first cluster, and when i spun up a second it booted me out, cancelling my progress, I understand the need to stop abuse, but the threshold is too low.
