couldn't able to login with credentials

There's an issue, most of the gcloud commands are not working, for example: gcloud compute networks list ERROR: (gcloud.compute.networks.list) Some requests did not succeed: - Request had insufficient authentication scopes. Creating networks etc. (using shell) does not work because of this. Console works without any issues.
