The region and zone specified for creating the not-us VM are wrong. At least it did not make completing the lab impossible but could be pretty confusing

The intructions on the creation of the European VM instance and incongruent, because it says to create a VM in the European region, but the table with the VM creation data specifies the same us-east4-c as the previous US VM.
