looks like i will need to try again as the command line wasn't an option for me. After retaking had to go back through GUI to update the protocols / ports and adjust priority for the firewall rules. The side panel overview showed that I was 30/100 but within the main directions I had run check and showed assessment completed. Attempted to run the overall within side panel and still showed 0/ / 40 for customs mode vpc network and 0/30 out of create vm instance. After clicking a few times it refreshed to show completed progress
