The instructions do not touch on updating the cluster deployment to point to the app engine application, and even after changing the TARGET_HOST value it still isnt hitting the GAE app that was deployed. Seems like an issue with the image used in the test/the yamls provided.

I don't see the point of scaling the replica set to be larger than the GKE cluster can handle. The lab appears to be designed not to work by default.
