Create a Conversational Agent Playbook that connects to an unstructured data store tool avis

I suggest to update the content from this lab, since it's using a outdated version of playbooks, and the interface I used currently is a bit different with different names too, e.g. Playbooks was replaced for Agent. Apart from that, the lab went well and has a lot of knowledge to get from :)

Needs updating with latest product and UX interface updates.

Was useful but a lot of parts need updating as the UI no longer looks that way and some products are named differently. Also it needs to be more clear which parts are to be copied and pasted. There was a spelling mistake as well where instructions was spelt wrong.
