The intent Training phrases "issue" "problem" are technically not correct. The intent is "I have a problem" "I experience an issue" etc. and "issue" "problem" are rather entities

Keep in mind: Dialogflow V1 API shutdown has been postponed to March 31st, 2020. Also Name variable pointed in the Lab was identified differently in Dialogflow. May worth to update the Lab if it has future after March.
