I like the progress checkmarks and the final quiz, I think every lab should have that, otherwise I can theoretically run the lab locally or just read through it. When no one checks my progress it feels less important.

This lab seems a step above other labs I've seen from Google. It included knowledge checks, and seemed a little more focused on explaining its steps as it went along.
