I haven't managed to finish this lab, I have stocked on "Run a single-instance trainer in the cloud" section, it returned and error "ERROR: (gcloud.ai-platform.jobs.submit.training) [765913024727-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com] does not have permission to access projects instance [qwiklabs-gcp-02-ee493ca77b83] (or it may not exist): Permission denied on 'locations/your-region' (or it may not exist). This command is authenticated as 765913024727-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com which is the active account specified by the [core/account] property." I have checked in Vertex AI -> Workbench section but there are no options how to enable API there.
