This lab is marked as expert and requires credits, but seems less involved than the `Implement a Helpdesk Chatbot with Dialogflow & BigQuery ML` quiklab. I'd skip this altogether after having done that one. Also, there are some links / screenshots that are out of date (dialogflow.com should be dialogflow.cloud.google.com, there wasn't any step to rename the `collect name` intent).
