Some steps do not match the instructions. For example, creating an instance defaults to the Sandbox environment, which makes it impossible to select the Primary Zone. Additionally, when connecting to the database via Cloud Shell, it triggers the error: ERROR 2061 (HY000): Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' reported error: Authentication requires secure connection.
