Option 1: Clear & Direct (Recommended for platform feedback) The course instructs users to use randomly generated passwords, which leads to confusion between easily mistakable characters like "I", "l", and "1". Setting up the SQL instance alone took about 5 minutes, and repeatedly mistyping the manually saved password caused frequent errors. Running out of time made it impossible to actually learn the course material, leaving me with no choice but to blindly copy and paste just to complete it. Option 2: Concise & Bulleted (Easy for course developers to review) Issues and feedback regarding the course: Password Clarity: The randomly generated passwords contain visually ambiguous characters (such as "I", "l", and "1"), leading to frequent typos when manually entering them. Time Limits: Setting up SQL took 5 minutes, leaving insufficient time to follow the instructional content. Learning Impact: Due to time constraints and repeated password entry errors, I had to resort to copying and pasting commands just to finish the lab, rather than actually understanding the material.
