I found the user interface for the Dialogflow CX very cluttered and confusing and struggled to match the instructions to what I was seeing on the screen. I wasn't able to get a successful chat interaction. Also I think there is too much new and confusing terminology. I didn't really understand what most of the settings were for or how I would use them in a real world scenario.
