unable to enable all the api one api cannot be enable but only after enabling that only the progress of the task completes

I've enabled the Api but the progress does not update To enable the Vertex AI Conversation API, follow these steps: In the Google Cloud console, navigate to the Vertex AI Search & Conversation console. If asked, read and agree to the Terms of Service, then click Continue and activate the API. Waited 10 minutes but it still says the API need to be enabled but i cannot manually enable the api again since it is already enabled..?

The check for "Enable APIs" is not working properly. I could do all the lab, but couldn't get this check as ok. The following message was shown: "Please enable the 'Vertex AI Conversation API' as specified in lab instructions." As I could finish the rest of the lab, I obviously had the API enabled.

Answers are sometimes inconsistent - the question "Would you like the quiz..." doesn't always show up, I had to retrain the flow to make it work
