Once trained the agent failed to perform its task. I verified that I followed all the steps of the lab, and I did. It was however unable to provide any response, only asking me to rephrase my question.

The steps don't work as written. Many typos and repeated words, especially step 3 where it is in a necessary answer. File uploads take more time than estimated. Retrieval des not work as written and it won't take you to the eligibility quiz or anything further as written. A lot of problems with this lab. Please revise it.
