unable to complete the lab I am trying to complete a lab for Google Skills boost and here are one of the steps in lab To enable the Vertex AI Agent Builder API, follow these steps: In the Google Cloud console, navigate to the Vertex AI Agent Builder. Although it is singed in, it keeps swapping between couple of URLs in the browser, without opening the actual page. Give me any steps for progressing
