Could not deploy the LAMP Stack - failed to perform tenant project creation. I tried with 2 separate qwiklabs instances and the same error appeared. I tried toggling the Infrastructure Manager API state and it did not resolve the issue. It was able to work after deploying a 3rd party LAMP Stack marketplace solution.
