LAMP stack failed the first creation, no help or trouble shooting steps.

The deployment failed despite following the lab instructions exactly. The LAMP Stack deployment showed "Partial deployment" and then failed without creating any resources. The lab account did not have permission to delete the failed deployment, preventing a retry. Please investigate the Marketplace deployment or lab environment. i have tried this lab twice but same error happens
