Deployment of Lamp stack is not working in the console

I wasn't able to complete the lab because of an error. The error says "Failed to load. There was an error while loading [project link]. Please try again later". I've already done every step of the troubleshooting but I still can't deploy and proceed. Already consumed the 5 credits without completing it.
