Does work after 3 attempts, if you get the error go to the dialogflow console and delete the agent. Wait for the Datastore to be ready and recreate the app

Data import didn't finish in 40 minutes, luckily it was not needed for the completion. Only US phone was selectable, so selecting an are code was not really an option.
