Same error happens for creating data store.

I can't proceed with creating of the app (Task 2). When I'm on the step when I need to select the Data Store = Google Store and click the Create button, system returns the following issue: com.google.apps.framework.request.CanonicalCodeException: Failed to get the chat engine projects/265590440450/locations/global/collections/default_collection/engines/google-store_1733612679614 to update engine with new datastores with error message: Permission 'discoveryengine.engines.get' denied on resource '//discoveryengine.googleapis.com/projects/265590440450/locations/global/collections/default_collection/engines/google-store_1733612679614' (or it may not exist). Code: PERMISSION_DENIED Tracking number: c552880268895189

It was phone and only issue was phone chat experience was not good . not able to recognize my word.

I couldn't be able to finish the first task because I was not able to create a "Google Store" app because another already exists but it does not appears on the apps listing page
