Create a chat and voice FAQ bot with Conversational Agent Playbooks and Data Stores Reviews

There needs to be a more straightforward way of doing this. I got so lost and turned around just setting it up. Rather than navigating back and forth between my incognito page and the lab instructions, just make the tutorial within this course page.
