the part for voice-enabling is not working appropriately. I've already enabled CX voice integration and made a call yet it wasn't detecting that I completed the step

second "Check my progress" is not working well. support told me "As there is an ongoing issue with this lab, we have already forwarded this case to the concerned team. Currently, we do not have an ETA regarding the fix for the lab. Although, we will provide you the update on this once the issue gets resolved on the highest priority."

Enable voice call never gets validated as successful even though I was able to get a phone number and have conversation about products over a call. I guess there is some problem with the lab checkpoint.

Finished Task 4, but system did not provide score. It is a bug.

I was able to talk to my agent, but "Check my progress" keeps returning "Check complete. Points earned: 0. Message: Please enable voice calls as specified in the lab instructions."
