Create a chat and voice FAQ bot with Conversational Agent Playbooks and Data Stores recensioni

Not able to enable voice calls as specified in the lab instructions. I can call the agent and it respond to my questions about the google store but I can't complete the assignment.

Worst Behaviour Task 4 is not detecting the completion, i tried 5 times now and its disgusting Try to fix it immediately, as this is raised by multiple folks in reviews

Having the same problem with the voice call check. The instructions do not specify a name to call this integration, so that may be the root of the issue?

I was able to setup a phone number and test it and receive answers however the verify button never confirmed that it work. So I was unable to complete the lab.
