this lab needs to rewritten from scratch as infrastructure has changed. 1. it is no more automl ui, it is vertex ai 2. it takes more about two hours to test this 3. to test and evaluate you need to make extra steps

not sure if I was on wrong page or UI has changed, but I found "Vertex AI" but not the "Cloud vision" or whatever it is called. overall a good and interesting lab.
