ERROR when running the first command: gsutil mb -p $DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID \ -c regional \ -l us-central1 \ gs://$DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID-vcm/ it said that file:// wasn't compatible with mb command and asked me if I meant to use gs:// on second attempt fixed this by running the recommended code mentioned when the console starts
