Creating a Streaming Data Pipeline for a Real-Time Dashboard with Dataflow Reviews

The "Create a new streaming pipeline" section in task 3 was confusing. The Google Console UI seems to have been updated and the instructions were not, as the position of the fields we're supposed to edit was all scrumbled; it didn't match the instructions here neither by order nor by name. It was complicated to get through.
