since region is not defined in the run_oncloud3.sh it is always runs on us-central1 as default. It gets failed in us-central1. I added region to the script and assigned us-west1. Although it succeeded your system is looking the results in us-cental1 and not giving the results. I gave screenshots to your customer support.

LAB with error: Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-b failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'javaprojectsthatneedhelp--11250158-uw1g-harness-5nr1' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-9efe381758b4/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.

Dataflow is failing even following exactly as mentioned steps. As region us_central is not able to allocate worker. Make labs independent of region specific , we may have option to choose from any region. Its 3rd time I am facing same issue from 2 days.
