I am unable to complete Task 1 of the “Create and Manage Bigtable Instances: Challenge Lab” (GSP380). The lab requires me to create a Bigtable instance named `ecommerce-recommendations` with Enterprise edition, SSD storage, and an autoscaled cluster. However, the Bigtable instance creation fails with the following error: `RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Quota exceeded for quota metric 'Instance and cluster metadata write requests'` Quota details: * Quota: `InstancesWriteRequestsPerDayPerProject` * Limit: `500` * Project: `qwiklabs-gcp-03-3715560a9ead` * Project number: `618104708054` I also restarted the lab and received a new lab project, but the same quota error occurred. I tried creating the instance through the Google Cloud Console manually as well, but the required production instance cannot be created. Because Task 1 cannot be completed due to the Bigtable project quota, I cannot proceed with the remaining challenge lab tasks.
