Cloud Run Functions: Qwik Start - Command Line Reviews

The tutorial is all-in-all good but there is a mistake in it if you just do it line by line, you get hit by an error. As far as I understand the issue is that there has been a version update in how the IAM persmissions are done, and this tutorial follows the old version, which doesn't work out of the box.

There are some steps that do not have clear instructions, specially when writing / copying code into the shell, somethings it is not clear where exactly I have to enter the code.
