as the gen AI content generated can always differ (even with temperature 0), it was not clear the filters and when they were triggered (sometimes the model would reply that it wouldn't be nice to tell rude things, but that response is good and safety filters would not trigger - even though the response was not doing what the model has being told too, and was "responding safely" in this case.
