"The first check for enabling the APIs (Notebooks and Agent Platform) is consistently failing to validate. Even after manually enabling them through the Google Cloud Console and confirming their 'Active' status, the lab's progress check does not recognize the objective as completed. I had to use the Cloud Shell to repeatedly force the 'enable' command until the check finally turned green.
