THere seems to be a problem with the initial steps to granting User 2 permissions to GKE. It looks like something is broken OR its been updated where these steps can't work. Also, the lab doesn't give a crisp view of what the outputs should be. In addition, there seems to be a need for updated instructions (eg UPGRADE_ID vs UPDATE_CLUSTER). In short, its a hot mess.
