I couldn't complete the lab as I get the following error when I try to create the "restricted-psp" PodSecurityPolicy. error: error: resource mapping not found for name: "restricted-psp" namespace: "" from "restricted-psp.yaml": no matches for kind "PodSecurityPolicy" in version "policy/v1beta1" ensure CRDs are installed first

PodSecurityPolicy is deprecated in 1.25+ which is what we get by default in gke so this lab no longer works.
