Despite me assigning cluster admin role to username2, your lab is not updating the task for check my progress. something stuck in the background and hence username2 doesn't show "create cluster" link as active. I have screen shots to prove that I assigned the roles correctly. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE TO STOP THE LAB, WAIT FOR YOUR REPLY FOR HOURS AND THEN CONTINUE. Why can't we get help from qwiklabs immediately like we used to? Getting help from qwiklabs is a long painful process. For this reason, I will not recommend coursera anymore to anyone.

I rotated credentials twice but clicking "Check my progress" button responded with "It doesn't look like you've completed this step yet. Try again". Is this step broken?
