Incognito mode of Chrome doesn't allow to have 2 google accounts simultaneously, I hade to use different browser for Username2. I had to upgrade cluster and nodes manually before I could complete credentials rotation, otherwise I got error " ERROR: (gcloud.container.clusters.update) ResponseError: code=400, message=Node pool "default-pool" requires recreation."
